The project faced a significant usability challenge: teams were required to move between four separate applications multiple times each day to complete linear, interdependent tasks. This fragmented workflow created unnecessary friction, increased cognitive load, and led to high user frustration. As a result, adoption of the existing tools was low, and teams often bypassed the intended processes, impacting efficiency and data consistency.
We conducted 35 user interviews across 4 organizations to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
We mapped out the current experience and identified opportunities to streamline workflows by consolidating multiple systems into a unified platform.
We created an intelligent Gen AI task automation system that learns from user behavior and proactively suggests optimizations.
